--Added Max Linear Velocity, set to 10000 (down from infinity)

--Changed Max Angular Velocity to 2000 (down from 3600)

Known Issues:

-Walking from the parent of a welded object to a child of the same welded object will jitter for a frame.

-Jumping on fast moving objects will result in weird positions on clients.
